Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

  • All products are shipped via Fastway couriers

  • Standard cost of shipping is €7.50 plus VAT.

  • Standard shipping is typically next day delivery on all stocked products ordered and the order was placed before the specified cut off time (3:00pm)

  • Delivery on non-stocked items varies and is determined by certain factors including but not limited to supplier availability, courier issues, customs complications, shipping costs etc…

  • Orders must be placed before 3:00pm on any given working day on stocked items to avail of next day delivery. Any order placed after this specific time will be sent out for delivery on the next working day.

  • All deliveries are limited to Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, Eamon Arthur Ltd cannot fulfil orders placed outside of these locations.

RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

RETURN POLICY

  • Specially procured items will not be accepted for return irrespective of despatch date

  • Returns must be notified to earthurindustrial.ie within 14 days of receipt of goods.

  • A Request to Return form must be completed and approved upon returning goods

  • Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of receipt of goods by customer.

  • A Handling charge may be applied to all approved returns.

  • Goods must be returned in good saleable condition.

  • A copy of the return of goods form must be shipped with the goods being returned for traceability purposes. Otherwise, without traceability we may be unable to refund for the goods being returned.

REFUNDS​​

  • Refunds will be made via the method of payment you used to make the purchase.

  • Refunds will normally be processed within seven working days after goods have been received.
